Michael has been taking photographs since he was a teenager. Armed with a Zenith EM SLR camera he would take photos of anything and everything. "I had my own darkroom, which was an important area for me, and I also used the top-class facilities when I was at university. However for me the digital age has transformed my photographs. It used to take hours to get a photo right. It now takes seconds and I can do so much more. I can remove blemishes and blur backgrounds. On each and every photograph the viewer can be directed to the centre of attention, without distraction. It's the bride and Groom's special day, and the album can reflect this, while also of course bringing into focus in turn all of the guests and events and other elements that together make the day so special."

The wedding day is based around your needs and requirements. The photographer can give guidance as to the timetable for the day and as he only works at one wedding in the day there is as much time as you need. There is no limit to the number of photographs taken. As Michael says "the digital age has really opened up the opportunities for photographers. Not only can we improve on the pictures but we can take as many photos as we like. We don't need to wait for a roll of film to be finished in order to change the film speed and flash is not so important". This allows Michael to take many photos without the need for formality that is required with film cameras.

What is included in the price.
Prices vary depending on your requirements. A typical package includes:
A pre-wedding meeting to discuss your precise requirements and to ensure that everything goes well on the day.
An unlimited number of photographs will be taken, from the bride getting ready to the cake being cut. Many photographers specify costs per hour. Michael will take photographs all day all included in the price.
Between 100 and 150 6" x 4" photographs from which you choose the enlargements for the main album, and two parents' albums, all produced to a high quality standard.
Other packages available to suit your needs.
You can choose to have colour or black and white or any combination for the enlargements for your album, and you don't have to decide until you see the preview pictures.
